Users are solely responsible for linking and maintaining correct third-party game accounts, and NEXR.gg is not responsible for incorrect, outdated, inaccessible, or mismatched account data, nor for any errors, delays, or failures arising from third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it. You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or any unintended mechanics, and you may not create multiple accounts or engage in coordinated behavior to manipulate rewards or outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, self-play, coordinated gameplay, match manipulation, artificial performance inflation, or any behavior intended to exploit the system. NEXR.gg utilizes automated systems, scoring models, behavioral analysis, and internal review processes to detect suspicious activity and may take action without notice, including suspending or terminating accounts, resetting balances, removing rewards, restricting access to features, nullifying activity, or applying reward limitations.
Rewards are calculated based on performance data and may be subject to caps, recalculation, retroactive adjustment, throttling, or removal. Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value and do not represent a promise of payment. All rewards, balances, and earnings displayed on the platform are part of an internal reward system and do not constitute stored monetary value, a bank account, or a financial instrument. The platform reserves the right to modify, rebalance, limit, or discontinue any part of the reward system, including point values, multipliers, caps, eligibility rules, or reward conversion rates at any time without notice.
